Experience -
- Oversee end-to-end call center operations (voice / non-voice / chat / blended processes).
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and productivity targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage resource allocation, shift planning, and workload distribution.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and call center reporting tools.
- Ability to manage operations under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
