- Ask for container pick up details with Shipper
- Ask for container gate in details with cha or respective customers
- Data entry in system and sending load list to shipping line
- Asking for Onboard confirmation from Shipping line
- Checking of extra cost involved in the shipment and taking approval from customers and trying for waiver with shipping line for extra cost involved
- EBMS updation ,VGM
- Send pick up details of respective Sales person on What’s app
- After Post shipment queries like EGM Not filed /Drawback Error/EGM details mistmatch
