- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with scheduling, presentations, reports, and various administrative tasks.
Order and Documentation Management: Handle order processing, invoicing, quotations, and documentation.
CRM Maintenance: Maintain CRM and sales databases (e.g., Google Sheets) with up-to-date customer and pipeline information.
Customer Coordination: Respond to customer inquiries and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
Sales Tracking and Forecasting: Track sales performance metrics, assist in forecasting, and support in planning.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Facilitate smooth communication and execution between sales, operations, logistics, and marketing teams.
Sales Materials: Assist in preparing sales proposals, promotional materials, and presentations.
Team Management: Manage the operations team, including lead generation, customer care, and generating MIS reports.
Escalation Handling: Address escalations from franchisees and internal operations teams, ensuring timely resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
2 - 5 years of operations executive experience
