Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage courier invoices
- Track shipment status and maintain up-to-date records
- Label packages and manage consignment documentation
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational logs
- Handle email correspondence and assist with internal coordination.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Typing speed: Minimum 25–30 WPM
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong time management and communication abilities
