WeFrame which is a part of Viralhood. We are a fast-growing hiring partner, is scouting for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Executive on behalf of one of our trusted clients. This is a remote role where precision, communication, and process management are key.
Role & Responsibilities
As the Operations Executive, you’ll be the central nerve of the client's operations team. Your role will include:
- Oversee daily store-level operations through digital monitoring tools and ensure schedule adherence.
- Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, and basic HR documentation updates.
- Coordinate vendor communication and ensure timely supply and replenishment of stock.
- Handle backend data entries on various platforms including POS, billing, and task manager tools.
- Maintain and update daily operational records including revenue, expenses, invoices, and purchase entries.
- Track and follow up on daily task checklists to ensure SOP compliance across all locations.
- Support periodic operational processes such as cleaning schedules, stock audits, and paperwork verification.
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory and Management Degree is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tools and trackers.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with basic administrative systems, billing apps, and mobile-based operational tools.
- Prior experience in administrative or operations roles is a plus.
- Self-driven, dependable, and process-oriented.
Job Details
- Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Location: 100% Work from Home
- Salary: ₹8,000/month + ₹2,000 to ₹4,000 monthly incentives as per the KPIs
