Roles & responsibilities
·Working independently with various stakeholder ·Have strong coordination skills with the ability to interact and manage queries from multiple stakeholders ·Work as per deadlines and meet quality benchmarks ·Assisting with ad hoc projects relating to management and operational matters ·Pro-Actively identifying improvement areas and making recommendations to help improve the productivity and efficiency of the business ·Undertake any other duties which may reasonably be deemed to come within the scope of the post, which may result in additional responsibilities being added to the role ·Work in fast pace and a demanding environment under pressure ·Preparation of various monthly, quarterly and year to date reports oCollate all required information for operational performance framework and management reporting oKeeping track of various tracker and sending daily and weekly reminders. ·Extract data from timesheet to run various analysis such as: oPreparing and reconciliation of leave reports oAuditing the accuracy and completeness of these reports ·Maintaining records of all employees, new joiners, leavers, and secondments

Educational qualifications
•Bachelor’s degreeWork experience
•Experience in relevant field.Preferred technical & functional skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working with Databases •Ability to prepare dashboards, MI Reports •Deep understanding of KPIs like utilisation, attrition, headcount etc •Proficiency/Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint, Adobe ProfessionalKey behavioural attributes/requirements
•Analytical mind set with good problem-solving skills and eye for detail •Personal Effectiveness - communication, initiative and proactive •Ability to build and maintain relationships within team and with other departments •Ability to priorities and plan workload particularly when dealing with multiple stakeholders and turn around work requests at short notice and flexibility to adapt to working hours and work environments
