Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating daily operations across departments (consultations, service scheduling, inventory updates).
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Support the operations team in managing appointments, follow-ups, and service timelines.
- Document operational processes and assist in implementing efficiency improvements.
- Monitor order status, track deliveries, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist with internal reporting, data entry, and record maintenance.
- Help in organising and executing special events, tie-ups, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills — fluency in English (spoken & written) is a must; Hindi proficiency is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt quickly.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel is preferred.
Eligibility:
- Freshers and students pursuing graduation/post-graduation are welcome.
- Internship Duration: 3–6 months (full-time preferred).
