E-commerce Operations Executive (Order Processing
- Order Processing (Unicommerce, Myntra, Nykaa, Flipkart, Shopify):
- Process daily orders on Unicommerce and respective marketplace panels.
- Ensure timely invoicing, label printing, and dispatch updates.
- Coordinate with courier partners for smooth pickups and deliveries.
- Packing & Dispatch:
- Pack fashion jewelry orders accurately and securely as per marketplace guidelines.
- Maintain packing material stock (boxes, bubble wrap, tapes, labels).
- Ensure quality control before dispatch to minimize returns.
- Inventory Management:
- Update and track inventory on Unicommerce and marketplaces regularly.
- Maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Coordinate with management for stock replenishment.
- Returns & Replacements Management:
- Track return orders, inspect returned products, and update inventory.
- Process replacements/refunds as per policies.
- Maintain proper documentation of returns for reconciliation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
