About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Executive to handle day-to-day operational activities for our Marico division. The role involves Tally operations, e-invoicing, e-waybill generation, bank reconciliation, cash/cheque handling, and stock/inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Tally Advanced Operations
- Record and maintain all financial and operational transactions in Tally ERP.
- Generate invoices, purchase entries, and maintain ledgers accurately.
- E-Invoicing & E-Waybill Management
- Prepare and upload e-invoices on the GST portal.
- Generate and manage e-waybills for material movement as per compliance.
- Bank Reconciliation & Payments
- Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Manage cash and cheque handling, deposits, and record maintenance.
- Stock & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely inward/outward entry.
- Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams for inventory updates.
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and transporters for smooth operations.
- Ensure all operational processes comply with company policies and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations/accounts/logistics (FMCG preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (advanced level).
- Knowledge of e-invoicing, e-waybill generation, GST basics.
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, cash & cheque handling.
- Basic knowledge of stock/inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
