Job Title: Banking Operations Executive

Job Summary
The Banking Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the bank, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining service quality, improving operational efficiency, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
- Supervise daily branch operations including cash management, account opening/closure, deposits, withdrawals, loan disbursements, and remittances.
- Ensure smooth functioning of clearing, reconciliation, and settlement processes.
- Oversee back-office functions such as data entry, transaction posting, and record management.
2. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to banking regulations, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies, KYC norms, and internal audit requirements.
- Monitor and mitigate operational risks by implementing effective controls.
- Coordinate with compliance teams during audits and regulatory inspections.
3. Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and queries promptly.
- Maintain high service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support relationship managers in delivering banking solutions.
4. People Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance targets.
- Allocate tasks and monitor productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching for skill development.
5. Process Improvement
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT and process teams for automation initiatives.
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure compliance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
