Role & Responsibilities:
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity at Yes Madam. As a Hiring Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and screening qualified beauty professionals
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Maintaining a strong talent pipeline
- Supporting supply chain and lead generation activities
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Up to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in sales techniques is a plus
- Must be based in Guwahati
- Full-time, Work-from-Office only
