Role: Operations Executive – Advertising Agency Objective:
To manage and streamline internal processes, support client deliverables, coordinate between departments (creative, media, finance), and ensure timely, budget-friendly execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination
- Coordinate with account managers, creatives, media buyers, and production teams.
- Track campaign timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor project milestones and client deliverables.
- Process Management
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Streamline workflow for campaigns, approvals, and content delivery.
- Resource Allocation
- Allocate manpower and tools across projects.
- Manage freelancers, vendors, and external production teams when necessary.
- Budget & Finance Oversight
- Track budgets and campaign expenses.
- Assist in billing and invoicing coordination.
- Work closely with finance to maintain profitability on projects.
- Vendor & Client Coordination
- Liaise with external vendors (printers, media houses, production teams).
- Support client servicing teams during campaign execution.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain dashboards and reports on campaign performance, productivity, and operations metrics.
- Provide insights to improve workflow and efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
