Job Purpose:-
· Team Handling
· To ensure end to end follow ups are done to provide timely closures within specified timeliness.
· Associate should ensure that reports received are as per client the requirement. Leader should have the skill to manage the client escalations and provide timely solutions to the issues.
· Understand the SOW of clients.
· Daily Morning Updates MIS – Client.
· Daily Overall Pending MIS - Cops & Branches.
· Mails Actioned.
· Follow for fresh cases & resolving respective clients Queries.
· Follow up with cops for Ageing cases & Express cases.
· Allocating Reports to shared team.
· Ensure all CS sharing final reports to their respective clients.
· Ensure all CS sharing Evening MIS - respective Client (Today's Closure , Pending cases & EDC's).
· Overall Pending MIS - (State wise with Cops & Branches.).
Knowledge/Experience:
Leader should have good communications skills.
Preferred- Leader should have experience from the Customer Service field.
Should have good computer knowledge (MS Office, MS Excel)
Good in interacting with the client/customers.
Should have an understanding and maturity to handle client’s requirement and team issues.
Should have relevant team handling experience.
o Overall job profile remains same as per the Client Service executive.
o However CS - Leader, needs to ensure all the CS are working on the desired target given for fresh cases and 3. Retention of existing clients.
o Regular Follow ups are done with COPS team for timely closures.
o Client Service - Leader is the 1st point of contact for any escalation from the client.
o Client Service – Leader needs to ensure that daily sign off’s are taken from the respective CS at the end of the day to ensure process and assigned target is met.
o Client Service – Leader, needs to assist/coach the CS with appropriate follow ups and how maintain month on month growth.
o Any misses in the target by the Client Service - Executive would have a direct impact on the Client Service - Leader
