Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa application documents accurately.
- Guide clients through the application process, ensuring all documents meet immigration requirements.
- Conduct pre-checks on documents and complete verification tasks as required.
- Coordinate with clients, consulates, and visa processing centers to track application statuses.
- Provide administrative support, including file management, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries.
- Address client concerns and provide updates on visa applications.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while assisting clients.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in visa processing or customer service is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of visa processes for different countries is a plus.
- Language skills beyond English are advantageous.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
