Job Purpose
The purpose of this job is to handle Raw Material, Imported Material and Japan Gloo
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - Raw Material & Material Planning – Validate MRP and inform abnormilities if any to superiors / Production / R&D members. Ensure release of PO's as per Plan with delivery schedule in co ordination with Production Imported Goods - Advance planning in co ordination with production and vendor development team and placement of orders with desired delivery schedule Inventory - Ensure inventory as per plan. Aging analysis for slow moving and nonmoving materials and consumption plan. Preparation of inventory provision report Costing - Collect periodical quotations for commodity raw materials like Plastics , Solvents , resins , Cost negotiation in co ordination with vendor development team and PO allocation based on QCD rating.
