Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and responsible Factory Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a graduate, residing near the factory location, and willing to work in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily factory operations and production processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace
- Help with packaging, labelling, and quality checks
- Follow instructions from the supervisor or production head
- Ensure basic safety and hygiene protocols are followed
- Report any issues or equipment faults immediately
Requirements:
- Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any field)
- 0 to 6 months of work experience (Freshers welcome)
- Punctual, honest, and willing to learn
- Must be living nearby or able to commute daily
