We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Office Staff (Female) to support daily office operations at our Nadukani branch. The ideal candidate should be a graduate, with good communication and organizational skills. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory records.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth workflow.
- Assist in preparing reports, bills, and other office documents.
- Support day-to-day operations and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the office environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree mandatory)
- Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years of office/admin experience preferred
Skills Required:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional behavior and presentable appearance
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Working Hours:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Monday to Saturday
Salary:
- ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
