- Document Preparation: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, including drafting correspondence.
- Meeting Support: Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.
- Office Management: Managing office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked, and coordinating with vendors.
