- Assist store manager with all store duties, including opening/closing retail store and ensure store is maintained and stocked
Stocks coffee machines, condiments, and break room supplies
Greets guest an processes hotel registration and other transactions
Support and fill in when necessary for all other Office Management employees
Administer and provide backup as needed to the Access Control Process
Assist with the set up and maintenance of the office furniture for employees
Coordinate order and set up for scheduled catered events
Coordinate the set up and break down of office events
Assure proper operation of break room equipment (ice machines, RO Systems)
Maintain and schedule pool vehicles
