Full Job Description:
- Serve tea and coffee to staff and office visitors.
- Clean the office kitchen daily.
- Dispose of trash, waste, and other disposable materials.
- Monitor and manage the use of office equipment and supplies.
- Assist visitors and employees with queries or requests.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Dust furniture, light fixtures, windows, and bathrooms daily.
- Wash windows as per schedule.
- Follow safety precautions in all cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
- Maintain a neat and clean personal appearance.
- Run outside errands as directed.
- Be active, attentive, and responsible in all duties.
- Handle and organize electronic files and papers.
- Assist with small office tasks as needed.
- Keep the office premises and kitchen clean at all times.
Requirements:
- Must be from nearby (within 5 km) or willing to relocate.
- Honest, punctual, and disciplined.
