Job Overview:
We are looking for a multi-skilled Office Incharge who can handle day-to-day office operations as well as support the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible, well-organized, and capable of assisting in basic sales follow-ups, local client coordination, and back-office support.
Key Responsibilities: Office Management:
- Supervise daily office operations (cleanliness, maintenance, support staff).
- Maintain attendance and ensure office discipline.
- Handle office supplies, petty cash, courier, and basic admin paperwork.
- Coordinate with local vendors for utilities and office needs.
- Handle incoming visitors or calls professionally.
Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with data entry, follow-ups, and client coordination.
- Maintain basic customer records, enquiry logs, and follow-up sheets.
- Follow up with leads provided by the sales team via phone or WhatsApp.
- Share product/service details with walk-in or call-in clients.
- Support in organizing local marketing activities (flyer distribution, small events).
- Report daily sales-related updates to the team head or sales manager. Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum: 12th pass; Graduate preferred
- Experience: 2–5 years in office admin or sales coordination
- Basic computer knowledge: MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email
- Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)
- Sales attitude – polite, convincing, and responsive Other Preferences:
- Local resident of Raipur or nearby
- Two-wheeler with license (preferred)
- Experience in admin + client interaction roles will be an added advantage
- Should be honest, punctual, and self-managed
