Job Summary:
Provide administrative support to the team through data entry, filing, and document preparation. Should also be willing to assist in stock movement and packing for dispatch.
Required Skills:
· Basic knowledge of Excel
· Good communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
· Administrative Support: Handle phone calls, emails, mail, and maintain files & databases
· Communication & Coordination: Support internal and external communication between departments
· Customer Service: Assist visitors and clients with professionalism
· Data Management: Maintain and update company records and databases
· Stock Handling: Assist in stock movement, packing, and dispatch activities
