Front Office Executive + Personal Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Manage front-desk operations: calls, visitors, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Act as a personal assistant to management (scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, documentation, follow-ups).
- Maintain records, reports, and correspondence.
- Support in basic HR/admin tasks as required.
- Assist with client communication and office management.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Graduate with good communication & organizational skills.
- Fluency in English & Malayalam.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
Salary: ₹20,000 per month (Basic)
Location: Kochi
