We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage secretarial work at Indian Plastics Institute Head office. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office work, maintain records, and support administrative and operational functions to ensure smooth operations.

IPI Journal
· To prepare a bill for advertisement
· IPI Journal Mailing Work - Approach members for an incorrect address
· Follow-up for Advertisements in IPI Journal (New/Old)
Administration Work
· Work related to the PB/GC meeting
· Minutes Work
· Office Letters & Correspondence
· Managing filing systems
DTP Work
· Designing a Brochure
· Designing a National Seminar brochure/speaker brochure
· Designing a Backdrop Banner / Standee Banners
· Designing Event Flow
Membership
· Membership Details - Enter new members' details in the software
· Membership Fees - Prepare invoice – membership cards & send to members
· Membership Application Process - Update records of members
· Renewal Subscription Work - Sending reminders for renewal
· Email Campaign work
· Preparation of Payment Voucher
· Follow-up for New Membership Enrollment
· Follow up with Chapters for obtaining Contact details of members (ordinary / Life).
· Follow-up with Chapter for Chapters Balance Sheet
· Follow up with Chapters for the list of Elected New MC Members
· Maintain Records, track, and Interaction with the courier to ascertain proper delivery
Regular Follow-ups
· Send details of new members to chapters on a monthly basis
· Send details of renewals to chapters on a monthly basis
· Send membership summary reports to chapters on a monthly basis
· Inform chapters about any changes/updates to members' addresses/contact details
· Follow up with members for renewal of membership subscription, such as sending reminders through email and phone calls.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in DTP, Tally ERP, MS Excel, and MS Office Suite.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in
- 1–3 years of experience in similar kind of office work (freshers with strong skills can also apply).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
