Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of an HR cum Coordinator typically blend core HR duties with genera
administrative tasks.
- Employee Records & Data Management: They maintain and update personnel files and databases, ensuring all employee information, from personal details to payroll and benefits, is accurate and confidential.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: This role supports the hiring process by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters. They also handle new hire orientations and paperwork to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Administrative Support: They perform a wide range of administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings and events, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: HR Coordinators are often the go-to person for employee questions about company policies, procedures, and benefits. They help ensure the company is compliant with labor laws and regulations.
- Training & Development: They may assist in coordinating training sessions and seminars, managing training records, and tracking employee participation in development programs.
