- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests
- Handle basic errands such as photocopying, scanning, and document delivery
- Assist in organizing and managing office supplies and pantry stock
- Support staff with small tasks such as filing or delivering documents between departments
- Ensure proper hygiene in kitchen and washroom areas
- Cooperate with other staff members and perform duties as assigned by the admin/manager
