Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Cleanliness: This includes cleaning and tidying office spaces, meeting rooms, and the pantry. Washrooms etc..
- Administrative Support: Assisting with photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
- Running Errands: Handling errands for office supplies and other tasks as assigned.
- Serving Refreshments: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Office Logistics: Monitoring the use of office equipment and supplies, and coordinating maintenance.
- Assisting Staff: Helping with basic office tasks, such as setting up meeting rooms and delivering documents.
