Job Purpose:
To ensure all visitors—including students, parents, and guests—receive a warm, helpful,
and efficient experience during their time at the campus. The office boy will support
hospitality efforts, assist the admissions and administrative teams, and contribute to
improving the overall visitor experience, thereby helping enhance the university’s image
and drive admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors courteously; guide them to the appropriate area (admissions,
reception, faculty, etc.)
- Serve water, tea/coffee, and refreshments to visitors and staff
- Ensure waiting areas and visitor lounges are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Support admissions staff by managing the flow of visitors efficiently
- Handle document movement (e.g., between departments, printouts, brochures)
- Keep meeting rooms and common areas ready and stocked (brochures, stationery, etc.)
- Assist in setting up seminar rooms or counselling spaces before and after sessions
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in pantry areas, visitor restrooms, and front-office spaces
- Run minor errands (stationery, courier, etc.) as needed
- Follow polite and professional behavior at all times

Educational Qualification:
Minimum SSLC / 10th Standard Pass
Basic knowledge of Kannada and English preferred
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday – Full Day (Timings aligned with campus hours)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
