Who We Are Looking For
-MBA graduate from a reputed institute (Top 15% of the class preferred)
-0–2 years of experience
-Strong academic background with a proven track record of excellence
-Winners or active participants in campus case competitions preferred
-Well-rounded personality with significant extracurricular achievements
-Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-Self-starter with high ownership, adaptability, and ambition
Key Responsibilities
-Work closely with the MD on key business initiatives, research, and execution
-Support strategic planning, business analysis, and decision-making across departments
-Conduct market studies, competitor benchmarking, and performance tracking
-Create executive briefs, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
-Liaise with different teams to drive high-priority projects to closure
