- Perform supplies pickup and ensure timely delivery of materials as needed.
- Receive couriers and packages, and deliver them to the appropriate person or department.
- Conduct outside visits for running errands such as bank work, bill payments, or delivery of documents.
- Handle day-to-day office assistance including photocopying, filing, document handling, and other support tasks.
- Assist in movement and handling of office materials or equipment when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry areas.
- Ensure availability and replenishment of office supplies such as stationery, beverages, and other consumables.
- Support the administrative team with operational and logistical support
