1. Housekeeping & Office Maintenance
- Clean the office premises daily (dusting, mopping, cleaning restrooms, etc.).
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
2. Hospitality & Support
- Serve water, and refreshments to staff and guests.
- Assist in preparing and setting up meeting rooms for appointments and presentations.
3. Administrative & Clerical Assistance
- Dispatch and collect office correspondence/documents.
- Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as required.
- Deliver and receive mail/packages/couriers and maintain proper logs.
- Help in organizing files and documents in physical and digital form.
4. Errands & Office Assistance
- Bank-related errands (cheque deposits, collections, etc.).
- Purchase of office supplies from local vendors when required.
- Assist different departments with basic support activities.
5. Miscellaneous Tasks
- Provide additional support to team members during peak workload.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
- Experience: 0–2 years in a similar role preferred.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (copier, scanner, etc.).
- Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
- Good hygiene and polite attitude.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Saturday
- Working hours: 9 to 12
