Roles and Responsibilities
1. Workspace Management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and productive office environment, including common areas and workstations.
2. Document Handling
- Efficiently collect and deliver documents to clients and vendors.
3. Application Submission
- Prepare and submit applications to relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with procedures and deadlines.
4. Office Support
- Assist with general office tasks, such as meeting setups, event organization, and daily operations.
5. File and Record Management
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy retrieval, ensuring confidentiality and data security.
6. Office Supplies Management
- Monitor, order, and maintain office supply inventory to ensure availability for all staff.
7. Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure office equipment (printers, computers, etc.) is functional and arrange for repairs when necessary.
8. Staff Support
- Provide administrative support to staff, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and handling miscellaneous tasks.
