Office Assistant – Full-Time (Fresher)
We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a smart, proactive, and reliable Office Assistant who can help manage day-to-day tasks and keep things running smoothly. This role involves a variety of activities to support different teams and reduce the workload of the management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to basic emails professionally
- Maintain records and organize important documents
- Assist in data entry, report preparation, and tracking progress of assigned projects
- Coordinate with team members for updates and follow-ups
- Help with scheduling and basic administrative work
- Support in preparing simple online reports or updating records as needed
- Perform general office assistance tasks that may vary from day to day
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome; any graduation background can apply
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle multiple small tasks and work independently once trained
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
