Job Summary
The Office Assistant will handle various support tasks such as PowerPoint preparation, web backend data uploads, typing work, and overall team coordination. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to assist beyond regular work hours when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Upload data and content on the backend of websites or platforms as instructed.
- Perform small typing tasks and maintain digital records/documents.
- Support overall coordination between teams and help streamline tasks.
- Attend phone calls and manage communication, if required.
- Assist in scheduling, documentation, and general office management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech preferred).
- Must have basic computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with web backend or CMS platforms will be a plus.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Must be a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Should be flexible to work beyond regular hours if needed.
Work Schedule
- Regular Timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Must be available during off-hours as per work requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
