- Manage front desk operations, including receiving visitors and handling phone calls.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, couriers).
- Support HR and Admin functions in documentation and record-keeping.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance staff.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of office premises.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
