Key Responsibilities
- Keep office areas clean and organized (tables, desks, pantry, etc.).
- Deliver documents or packages within or outside the office premises.
- Support admin staff with photocopying, filing, and stationery management.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and workstations as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Run errands such as banking or local purchases (if required).
Requirements
- Education: Any degree
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic hygiene and grooming standards.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.
- Willingness to take direction and perform a variety of tasks.
