Job Summary:
We are hiring a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative activities in a small, single-room office. The role primarily involves working on MS Excel, maintaining office files, and occasionally handling outside purchases or errands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic data entry and updates in MS Excel.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files/documents.
- Go to nearby shops to purchase office supplies when needed.
- Assist in basic coordination with vendors or clients (if required).
- Support the overall smooth functioning of office operations.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
