Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Support HR and administrative staff with documentation and clerical tasks.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
- Organize and maintain office cleanliness and orderliness.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Provide support in basic accounting tasks such as handling petty cash and invoices.
- Coordinate courier services, visitor management, and front-desk assistance when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,803.33 per month
