- Greet and welcome clients warmly, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media queries.
- Schedule appointments, classes, and follow-ups with instructors and physiotherapists.
- Maintain client attendance, records, and follow-up logs.
- Handle registrations, membership renewals, and payment tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts, enquiries, and studio documentation.
- Manage daily studio operations and coordinate with Yoga, Pilates, and Physiotherapy teams.
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and support staff to ensure studio upkeep.
- Assist in inventory management (props, physiotherapy equipment, office supplies)..
- Support in planning and execution of workshops, wellness events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain client communication (emails, WhatsApp groups, reminders).
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in administration/management preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service/front desk/admin roles (wellness/fitness industry preferred).
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi essential, Marathi preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic social media handling.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage a fast-paced environment.
- Pleasant personality with a client-first attitude.
