Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Handle scheduling and calendar management for meetings and appointments.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
- Support other staff with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
