Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and responsible fresher to join as an Office Administrator. The candidate will assist in day-to-day office activities, maintain records, and support different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily office activities and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and basic correspondence.
- Maintain files, records, and documents.
- Assist in ordering office supplies and coordinating with vendors.
- Support HR and accounts team in basic documentation.
- Help in scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Education Qualification:
- Any degree or diploma (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., etc.).
