Office Admin
Experience Required: 3 to 8 years
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: Greams Road, Chennai
Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office operations, including maintaining cleanliness and order.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors.
- Handle documentation, filing, scanning, and record keeping.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking.
- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and liaise with maintenance vendors as needed.
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports and perform data entry as required
- Track and manage the inventory of office stationery and consumables.
Office Maintenance
- Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment, furniture, and infrastructure.
- Liaise with vendors for AC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of office utilities and amenities.
4. Stock & Godown Management
- Maintain records of items stored in the godown/warehouse.
- Monitor stock levels, incoming and outgoing goods.
- Ensure proper documentation of stock movement.
- Conduct regular stock audits and ensure physical verification.
5. Asset Management
- Maintain an up-to-date asset register (furniture, computers, equipment, etc.).
- Tag and track all assets.
- Coordinate repairs, servicing, or disposal of damaged/unusable assets.
6. Administrative Support
- Manage courier and postal services.
- Assist in coordinating internal meetings and events.
- Maintain petty cash and submit expense reports if required.
- Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of supplies.
- Maintain records of usage and control wastage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
