Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficiency.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and place orders when necessary.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems (physical & digital).
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support HR in onboarding, maintaining employee records, and attendance.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and ensure timely payments.
- Monitor housekeeping, office maintenance, and IT support requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Act as a point of contact for employees and visitors.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
