- The GDA Nursing Trainer will be responsible for ensuring educational activities essential for GDA’s (General Duty Assistant) also called as “Nursing Care Assistants”, “Nursing Assistants”, “Nursing Aides”, “Bedside Assistants”, or “Orderlies” when working in a hospital and home environment.
- Should be able to teach GDA courses and instruct students using a variety of instruction modalities.
- Responsible to review course curriculum for GDA program and update accordingly.
Educational Qualification:
- NSQF (National Skills Qualifications Framework) Level 4 certified General Duty Assistant. Or
- B.Sc. (Nursing) Or
- GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) Certified
Working Hours
- 4hrs per day
- Monday to Friday
- Batch Duration - 55 days ( per batch payment Rs 30,000)
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year site experience for B.Sc. (Nursing) Or
- Minimum 3 years site experience for GNM
