- Curriculum and Lesson Planning:Design and implement creative curriculum that promotes physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Instruction and Activities:Teach basic skills (numbers, colors, letters), use techniques like storytelling and educational games, and provide materials for exploration.
- Classroom Management:Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for the children, enforcing rules of behavior.
- Child Supervision:Provide constant and appropriate supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of all children.
- Social-Emotional Development:Encourage children to interact, build self-esteem, and resolve conflicts, fostering positive social skills.
- Progress Monitoring:Observe and track each child's developmental progress and needs, reporting findings to parents and administrators.
- Parent Communication:Regularly communicate with parents about their child's development and performance, working together to support learning.
