About the Role:
Join our customer support team handling email and chat support for a reputed banking process. If you have prior experience in written customer communication, this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a leading brand in the banking sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries professionally via email and chat.
- Maintain clear and effective written communication in English and Hindi.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions.
- Meet productivity and quality benchmarks as per process requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in email and chat customer support.
- Graduates only (No undergraduates).
- Excellent reading and writing skills in English and Hindi.
- Willing to work 6 days a week in rotational shifts between 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Must be willing to work from the office location at Hitech City.
Job Details:
- Salary: ₹3.0 LPA
- ₹25,000 Gross
- ₹21,500 Net (Post ESI, PF & medical deductions)
- Shifts: Any 9-hour shift (8 hours login) within 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Weekly Offs: 6 days working with 1 rotational weekly off
- Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad (Near Raidurg Metro Station)
- Transport: No cab or transport allowance
