Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Vocal Music Teacher to lead engaging classes for students across primary and middle school grades. The candidate should be well-versed in Indian classical (Carnatic/Hindustani) or Western vocal styles, with the ability to inspire students and contribute to the school’s cultural programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct vocal music classes across grade levels
- Train students for assemblies, competitions & performances
- Teach basic music theory and vocal techniques
- Support cultural programs and school functions
Requirements
- Degree in Music (Vocal specialization preferred)
- 2+ years of teaching experience (school-level ideal)
- Strong vocal skills; ability to play keyboard/harmonium a plus
- Good communication & classroom management skills
