- Perform maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
- Repair motors, pumps, and plumbing for water supply, boilers, and other equipment.
- Prepare reports, maintain inventories, and keep accurate records, order equipment and supplies.
- Operation and maintenance of electrical equipment including generators, UPS systems, air conditioners and reporting issues.
