Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Cuisine Chef who has a passion for culinary creativity and event-based food service. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of IHM (regular) with a minimum of 4–5 years of professional kitchen experience, including team leadership and menu development. Prior work in event catering or hospitality is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and execute multi-cuisine menus (Indian, Continental, Oriental, etc.) suitable for kids' and family events.
- Lead and supervise a kitchen team during event preparation and live counters.
- Ensure quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained.
- Work collaboratively with the event team for menu customization based on themes.
- Handle vendor coordination for raw material sourcing and inventory planning.
- Innovate and introduce new dishes aligned with event trends and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hotel Management from IHM (Regular course is mandatory).
- 4–5 years of proven experience in multi-cuisine cooking, preferably in events, banquets, or catering.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a kitchen team.
- Knowledge of food costing, portion control, and kitchen operations.
- Creativity and ability to work under pressure during events and tight timelines.
- Weekend availability and flexibility for event-based scheduling.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in children’s parties, themed catering, or event-based culinary roles.
- Certification in food safety and hygiene practices.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,869.13 per month
