Job Overview
We are seeking a highly creative Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor with expertise in video editing, 2D/3D motion graphics, and visual effects. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, storytelling, and attention to detail, with hands-on experience in creating engaging and visually compelling content for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create visually appealing animations, transitions, and effects using Adobe After Effects.
- Work on 3D motion graphics and VFX integration to enhance storytelling.
- Design and adapt visual elements using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to bring concepts to life.
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion design and video editing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of proven experience in motion graphics and video editing.
- Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Hands-on experience with 3D motion graphics and VFX (Cinema4D, Blender, or equivalent preferred).
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Ability to edit videos with proper pacing, sound, and storytelling flow.
- Knowledge of audio editing and sound synchronization is a plus.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Knowledge of additional design tools (e.g., Figma, InDesign).
- Experience in creating content for social media platforms, ads, and brand campaigns.
- Familiarity with motion tracking, green screen keying, and compositing.
- Understanding of 3D animation pipelines.
